At Freshyies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to cancel your order or request a refund, please read the following policy.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped by contacting us at info@freshyies.com. We will confirm the cancellation by email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a return or refund. We may ask you to provide photographs or other evidence of any issues with your order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products that have been damaged due to your misuse or neglect
  • Products that have exceeded their expiration date
  • Products that were on sale or discounted at the time of purchase

If your return or refund request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the product to us. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 30 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Please note that refunds may take several business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.
